Elite Tents and Events have been supplying our event tents to weddings, corporate events, large and small business events, the movie industry and everything in betweenfor the past 22 years. We are able to provide our services to any event or special occasion you may have, small or large anywhere in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley. Our service includes a complimentary site assessment at your chosen venue to help you choose the best event tent from our selection of quality Marquee, Frame or Clear Span structures. We work with you and your venue to provide fast, professional and courteous service, right from start to finish.

WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DOES ELITE TENTS AND EVENTS PROVIDE?

By choosing Elite Tents and Events as your tent rental company, you are drawing from our 22 years of experience in setting up event tents in any type of setting. Starting with the complimentary site assessment, we will walk you through the selection process of choosing your tent, site placement and what accessories you might consider – tables, chairs, flooring, lighting and staging needs. Our team of professional installers will deliver and set-up and then will remain on call 24/7 for any unexpected or unforeseen situations that may occur. Once your event has finished, we will come back and dismantle and remove all our equipment and help to restore the site. All our tents, equipment and accessories are cleaned and sanitized before and after installation.

Our service area includes the Lower Mainland (Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam…) and Fraser Valley (Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack…)

WHAT KIND OF QUALITY CAN I EXPECT FROM YOUR TENTS?

Elite Tents and Events takes exceptional care of all of our tents and equipment, ensuring that you have the best possible industry standard available. The tent material is of the best quality, providing superior coverage and comfort.All our tents and equipment are serviced (cleaned, sanitized, inspected for rips and tears) before and after every installation. Any tent that cannot be repaired or cleaned to our standards is taken out of service.

DO I HAVE TO SET UP MY OWN TENT?

Elite Tents and Events has fully qualified, expert installers who will look after the delivery of all the equipment and tents to your venue, site preparation, installation and any maintenance required over the course of your event. Afterwards, we reverse the process and dismantle and pack up all our equipment. Definitely one less thing you have to worry about!
